Good choice. You have chosen a well respected industry leader. Our professional team will now set about finding a suitable tenant for you. Photography will be arranged and a full marketing schedule will be put in place. Within 24 hours your property will be fully marketed and viewings will be scheduled. All prospective tenants will be accompanied by our personnel.

In order to ensure that the tenancy will run smoothly it is necessary to have a formal tenancy agreement. We will provide the most up to date agreement available and ensure that it is completed by both parties. An inventory of contents should form part of the tenancy agreement . Employment and previous landlord and in some cases accountants certificates are requested and verified as part of the letting process.

We will secure a security deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent) and the 1st months rent from the tenant.
